The Portland Synth & Pedal Expo ran April 11-12, 2026 at JaJa PDX on SE Taylor St, organized by Delicious Audio, Control Voltage, and Hank’s Music Exchange. It is a two- to three-hour drive from Seattle and the closest dedicated synth and pedal show for most Seattle players.

The format is in-the-headphones: guitarists can bring an instrument, while synth people can show up empty-handed. The 2026 event used two rooms, one for synths and one for pedals. The official event page listed 10-30% off most gear on display.

Synth exhibitors included 4MS, AI Synthesis, Arturia, Elektron, Leaf Audio, Novation, Oberheim, Polyend, Rain City Modular, Sequential, Soma, and Weston Audio, among others.

Pedal exhibitors included Alexander Pedals, Catalinbread, Chase Bliss, Electronic Audio Experiments, Fairfield Circuitry, Red Panda, Strymon, Walrus Audio, and Zvex, alongside smaller builders like Asheville Music Tools, Cult FX, Fish Circuits, Monger Pedals, Normal Devices, and Supercool Pedals.

Control Voltage is the Portland retailer most Seattle modular buyers already know. They stock Eurorack and are worth a trip on their own. Hank’s Music Exchange covers used and vintage gear.

The expo runs annually. If you missed 2026, it’s worth watching for the 2027 dates. Delicious Audio posts advance notice at synthandpedalexpo.com.
